Transportation Service
- School bus service: BDT 40,000 per term
- Must be paid in advance at the beginning of each term
- Transport cancellation forms available at the front desk office
Other Costs
- Replacement of lost or damaged books: Actual replacement cost
- Technology repair/replacement due to misuse: Actual repair/replacement cost
- Optional school activities (Model UN, GIN, sports events): Varies by event
Discounts & Special Offers
Annual Payment Discount
- 5% discount on full year’s tuition when paid by July 31, 2025
Sibling Discounts
- 15% discount on term fees for the first sibling
- 25% discount on term fees for second and additional siblings

Important Fee Policies
Mid-Year Enrollment
- Students enrolling after the first day of the academic year must pay full term fees for the term in which they enroll
- Continuing students starting late must pay full term fees as a position was reserved for them
Non-Payment of Fees
- The school reserves the right to suspend a student’s admission until all outstanding fees are paid
Refund Policy
- If a student attends at least 5% of the classes in a term, the full-term fee is payable.
- Refunds are only eligible if a student has not attended any classes in a term, but fees were paid.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the new term commencing.
- Refund requests must include necessary bank account details.
Government Taxes
- Any applicable government VAT levy will be charged on fees if required
